Buying a Home

At our first personal meeting, as required by Massachusetts law, I will present to you the Massachusetts Mandatory Licensee-consumer Realationship Disclosure.  This is not a contract but a disclosure with the sole intent of explaining the various agent/client relationships in MA.  When we work with buyers, we represent the buyer and offer the same fidicuary that we offer sellers with listing contracts.  Our job is to keep your interests at heart above the sellers and especially above our own.  After 29 years in real estate, I have been honing my negotiation skills and am proud of it.  Many lst time buyers believe you might get a better deal if you go directly to the listing agent....this is not true.  The listing agent is not going to prepare a market analysis for you to share what properties are selling for in that neighborhood.  You will be on your own and the agent will be working for the seller...with an obligation for fairness to all parties...but nontheless...working for the seller.

Buying a home is an exciting and complex adventure. It can also be a very time-consuming and costly one if you're not familiar with all aspects of the process, and don't have all the best information and resources at hand.

Technology has changed so much since my grand entrance into real estate in 1985.  We do our best to offer comprehensive, high-quality services can save you time and money, as well as make the experience more enjoyable and less stressful.

If you're like most people, buying a home is the biggest investment you will ever make. So whether you're buying a starter home, your dream home or an investment property, why not take advantage of my experience as a local market expert for Worcester County to make the most informed decisions you can, every step of the way?  Below I want to cover with you the advantages of having a buyer's agency agreement.  The most important reason, if it's not in writing...it's not legal...just like having a listing contract.  And remember, I'm only a phone call away.
